Drinking lots of water is very important, especially during the summer. Your skin and body need to stay hydrated, but it gets tiresome to drink plain water. I have a very easy recipe for making a refreshing, clensing water drink.
- Take mint and lemon (you can also add other fruits, like watermelon, strawberries, etc.)
- Dice it up, put it in a pitcher and fill with water
- Let it stand for a few hours to absorb the vitamins and flavour
- Enjoy it
